| In a natural setting overhanging the river "La Rance", the houses of "La Tannerie" are located near Dinan and its harbour. This is an oblong farmhouse including 4 terraced houses and a covered area. The building was renovated in 2003. |
| Converted in an old 18th century tannery, the cottages are soberly decorated with quality and offer the comfort of a 70m2 area on 3 floors. Each cottage can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. |

floor: Living room
with kitchen.
Moreover, one of the cottages has a fireplace (Rosa Cottage) and another one has a dishwasher (Nymphea Cottage). The Nymphea and Rosa cottages have a common door. |
| Access to a private terrace covering 30m2 for each house, a barbecue is at your disposal. Besides, you will have common use, with the other lodgers, the garden and the laundry room, which is equipped in washing machines and dryers. |
